Kurt Brown

Kurt Brown is a cum laude graduate of the Texas Tech University School of Law and is admitted to practice in Texas, New Mexico, and the Northern District of Texas federal courts. At Texas Tech, Kurt was the recipient of several academic awards, including the George E. Gilkerson memorial scholarship, the Lubbock National Bank endowed fellowship, and the American Jurisprudence distinction. He also served as senior writer and executive editor for the Texas Bank Lawyer, a serial publication of the Southwest Association of Bank Counsel. When he is not practicing law, Kurt enjoys hiking the trails of Palo Duro and Caprock Canyon state parks, sliding down the sand hills of Monahans, and cheering on the Red Raiders with his family.
